calendar.ge is operated by Ujarmeli LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. By creating a hosted event you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide. calendar.ge provides tools to publish an event page, manage a guest list, send invitations, collect replies, and accept gifts, tickets or contributions. calendar.ge is not a party to any arrangement between a host and guests, does not organize the event, and does not guarantee that an event takes place.

2. Guest lists. You may only upload or add contact details of people you know and who would expect to hear from you about this event. You are responsible for having the right to use those details. We use them only to deliver your invitations and replies, never for our own marketing, and you can delete them at any time.

3. Online payments. Online payments are processed by Stripe. To receive them you must create a Stripe account through calendar.ge and accept Stripe's terms. Money paid online goes to your Stripe account, less the calendar.ge fee and card processing fee shown at the time of payment. Payout timing is set by Stripe.

4. Fees. Events in Georgia: no fees for hosts; guests may give an optional tip to calendar.ge, which goes to Ujarmeli LLC and not to the host. Events with online payments outside Georgia: gifts 3%; tickets and shares of cost 5%; funerals and memorials 0%; plus card processing of 3.9% and a small fixed amount. Guests may choose to cover these, and may add an optional tip for calendar.ge. Fees shown on the site at the time of payment apply. We will give hosts notice before introducing any fee for events in Georgia.

5. Refunds, disputes and taxes. You, the host, are responsible for any refunds you promise, for disputes and chargebacks on payments to you, and for any taxes on money you receive. Ujarmeli LLC is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, fines, fraud losses or negative balances on your account.

6. Promised gifts. Gifts promised "in person" or "by bank transfer" are a record kept for your convenience. calendar.ge does not handle that money and cannot enforce a promise.

7. Acceptable use. No fundraising for illegal purposes, no misleading events, no collecting money for an event that is not real. We may remove an event or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
