calendar.ge is operated by Ujarmeli LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we").

1. What calendar.ge is

An information service that lists events. We are not the organizer, seller or promoter of any event, and we are not a party to any ticket sale.

2. Tickets, refunds and cancellations

Tickets are sold by organizers or their ticket sellers on their own websites. Prices, availability, refunds, cancellations and entry are their responsibility. Always confirm details with the organizer.

3. Organizers

By listing an event you confirm that you are the organizer or are allowed to list it, that the information is accurate, and that you will update or mark it as cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of any change. We may edit, refuse or remove any listing.

4. Featured placements

Featured placements are paid visibility for 7 days. They are refundable only if the event is cancelled before the placement starts.

5. Liability

calendar.ge is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for events, their content, ticket sales or losses arising from them.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
